Privacy Policy
Established: July 20, 2026 / Revised: October 16, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Backstreet Journey (the Site) is run by Seisaku Iinkai Co., Ltd. We comply with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws, and handle users' personal information appropriately.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect (1) contact details such as your email address when you contact us, and (2) usage data such as access logs, cookies, and device information.
3. How We Use Information
Collected information is used only to respond to inquiries, improve the Site, and analyze traffic.
4. Analytics
The Site uses Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you. It collects aggregated information such as the pages viewed, the referring site, country, and the type of device and browser.
5. Advertising
The Site does not currently show third-party advertising. If that changes, this page will be revised.
6. Affiliate Programs
The Site has partnered, or plans to partner, with hotel and activity booking sites (Agoda, Booking.com, Klook and KKday). When you follow a link to a booking site, that site or its affiliate network (such as CJ) may use cookies to record which site you came from. Those cookies are handled under each company's own privacy policy. A commission never changes whether something is listed, what is written about it, or the order in which it appears. See the Advertising Policy for details.
7. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Your Rights
You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information held by the Site. We will respond within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.
9. Security
We take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised without prior notice in response to legal changes or changes to the Site. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
